  1. Each order accepted for implementation will be confirmed via e-mail.
  2. Orders that arise any doubt, will be reviewed by our sells team witch contacts Customer via e-mail or telephone. In case we will not get respond from the Customer then the order will be canceled.
  3. service reserves the right to cancel orders placed for goods, which were priced incorrectly (too low / too high).
  4. Approximate delivery time (on the teritory of Poland) is 1-2 workin days since order was accepted for implementation. Delivery time for other European countries can vary upon the destination.
  5. In case of stock shortages the delay in proceeding of the whole order may occurs. You shall be immediately informed of this fact and if you do not agree to lead time then you may cancel the whole order, or just the positions that cause the delay.
  6. Due to the continuous works improvement of MARTECH products, we reserve the right to change product specifications and photo materials.
  7. Complaints can be made at, returning of goods can only be accepted in case of damaged or partially destroyed goods, in some cases of goods' malfuctions. In such cases guarantees to exchange the good for a new one , or in case of lack of it-paying the money back.
  8. Returned products must have original packaging and can not have signs of use, or be damaged (this applies also to the original packaging).

2. The administrator processes the following personal data of the buyers:

a. Name and surname, company,

b. Business address,

c. Email address,

d. Telephone number,

e. VAT code.

3. Providing personal data specified in point 2 is not a statutory condition and is voluntary,but it is a condition of a contract with the Administrator of the sales contract, hereinafterreferred to as the "Agreement".

4. During the term of the Agreement, the Administrator may enter into other buyer's data- the IP number of the device used by the buyer and data on the buyer's use of a specifictelecommunications network, software or devices, as well as the use of theAdministrator's website..PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OBJECTIVES

5. The administrator processes the personal data of buyers for the following purposes:

a. conclusion and execution of the contracting parties, in particular delivery of thepurchased goods and consideration of complaints,,

b. fulfilling the legal obligations of the Administrator, in particular issuing and storinginvoices and other accounting documents,,

c. pursuing claims and defending against them,,

d. detection and prevention of abuse

e. direct marketing,

f. creating analyzes and statistics, for the Administrator's own needs, in particularreporting, marketing and market research, service development planning, testingpreferences and behaviors of buyers, to improve the quality of services provided bythe Administrator,

g. specified in items 5e and f after the Contract has been executed - with the consent ofthe buyer,

h. transfer to third parties - with the consent of the buyer, to the extent and purposecovered by this consent.

6. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATAThe legal basis for the processing of personal data of buyers for the purpose specified:a. in item 5a - constitutes art. 6 par. 1 b RODO (performance of the Contract),b. in item 5b - constitutes art. 6 par. 1 c RODO (legal obligation),c. w pkt 5c-f - stanowi art. 6 ust. 1 f RODO (prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora),d. w pkt 5g i h - stanowi art. 6 TIME O uFs tS.T 1O aR RINOGD POE (RzSgOodNaA kLu DpAujTąAc ego).

7. The Administrator will store personal data processed for the purpose specified:a. in point 5a - for the duration of the Agreement and settlements after its completion,b. in point 5b - for the period in which the Administrator orders the law,c. in points 5c and d - until the claims under the Agreement are time-barred,d. in points 5e and f - for the duration of the Agreement,,e. in points 5g and h - until the buyer withdraws his consent.

8. If Admin provided that :a. necessary to settle the service and claim for payments for using the service,b. necessary for the purposes of advertising, market research and behavior and preferencesof recipients with the purpose of research results for the purpose of improving the quality ofservices provided by the Administrator - with the consent of the recipient,c. necessary to explain the circumstances of unauthorized use of the service,d. allowed for processing on the basis of mandatory legal provisions or contract.

9. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA. The administrator does not provide personal data to buyers to third parties, unless heobtains the prior explicit consent of the buyer or if the right or obligation to provide suchdata results from the generally applicable provisions of law..

10. The administrator entrusts personal data of buyers to the following processors:a. Providing marketing and advertising services on behalf of the Administrator,b. serving the Administrator's IT systems,c. providing the Administrator with postal, courier, payment, audit, legal and accountingservices.TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATAFOR THIRD COUNTRIES AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

11. The personal data of buyers will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.RIGHTS OF BUYERS

The Buyer has the following rights:a. the right to request access to your data, i.e. obtain confirmation of whether personal dataconcerning it are processed,b. the right to rectify data, i.e. to demand the rectification of personal data concerning himthat is incorrect,c. the right to request the deletion of his personal data,d. the right to demand the restriction of his personal data,e. the right to object to data processing,f. the right to transfer data.

13. The scope of each of the powers specified in point 12 and the situations in which theycan be exercised are determined by generally applicable laws, in particular by the PAMO.

14. The Buyer may exercise the rights specified in point 12 by contacting the Administrator.RIGHT TO AGREE10. If the processing of the buyer's personal data takes place on the basis of his consent, thebuyer has the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the legality of the processingwhich was carried out on its basis prior to its withdrawal.PROFILING11.
